It feels so nice to finally be able to show this. I've been planning and trying to figure this tattoo out for a few months now. Credit to my dad for coming up with the idea of using the faces and Terri for helping me find the words! When Jackie was in the hospital waiting for her procedure she was in the middle of designing a show. We all know there was no stopping her, even in the hospital. She had her mom bring all of her sewing stuff to the hospital so she could finish all of the design work in time for opening night. I had told her she was crazy for being in the hospital and yet still concerned with making sure the show was ready to go. She responded without hesitation, "the show must go on.". Even after her loss which has been an absolute nightmare it stuck with me that yes the show must go on. Just like the last tattoo I got for her this one is also in her handwriting along with her initials. This one means so much to me. It definitely describes who she was as far as being involved in the theater world and never letting anything get in her way from stopping the show! I wish she was able to see it, but without a doubt I know she loves it!
